Let's do a WRT safety problem work day Sunday 9:00 AM

We can meet at 9:00 at the levee 1 entrance and head to the river. There is only about 3/4 mile of trail that needs work. We will probably be going through thick privet and undergrowth so heavy duty cutting tools will be needed.

With a few people this should not take too long and may keep some poor soul from falling into the river.

I already discussed this with Lead Ranger Drew but will update the park that we will be working Sunday morning.

Plenty of parking available. Just bring your Chevy to the levee.

Brad,
Should I switch my Herb priority to this work site?

Would my DR and saws help?

If you don't mind.

Your machinery would be helpful in chewing through the growth.

I'll be there, but extreme "turtle speed". I'll explain in the morning.

Thanks to Jim, Larry, Mike, Tommy, and Steve, for your hard work on this project. The WRT is much safer now with the improvements made. I have sent a number of pictures to Shelby Farms. Pictures of the trail work are at this link.
