I can make it. I'll bring the MSTA trail tools for dirt work. I'll sharpen the blade on my mower and bring it too if needed.

I will do an email blast this weekend for trail day volunteers and another for race day volunteers.

Let me know if the electronic scoring will be in operation. I can bring my generator as a backup to Jason's for the XC race.

Brad,
Thanks for the email blast. Also, don't know if we will need it but having a spare generator is always a plus.

Victor,

I'll bring a saw and cut the trees out on Thursday. Irving an I are meeting to ride a lap and assess the trail before the work party. We'll find the logs and then take them out. Hopefully no others will fall before the race. Maybe we can build something fun really quick!

I'll try to show up on Saturday with the lawnmower and weedeater...RIP

We are coordinating with Bartlett to try and get some fill for the low area between the blue and the tree bridge. Please bring a wheel barrel just in case we actually get this worked out and need to move some fill from the Parking lot to this area.

I will be at the Stank at 4:30 today to ride a lap and find the downed trees, then ride in and cut them out.

We will also clear any easy stuff we come across. All are welcome to join us.

John,
When you are done with your recognizance tree work tonight could you identify for me where I should concentrate my DR Bush hog work? I have not been to Stanky in years so I don’t know where to head for first.

Steve,
I will work with you saturday morning to put you where we'll get some good use out of ya. I will most likely have you unload on the fireroad entrance and then start on the white and work backwards from there.

John,
Please do report back if you think it will be best to have it elsewhere.

Thanks,
Victor
