Paring down the forum

Social media has taken the place of the MSTA forum. This form has been all but abandoned in favor of the Facebook platform. I turned off all the subjects that have not received a new post within the last two years. I left the ones that can be seen to announce trail work events to people who do not use social media. The other subject left open is for trail information that is not a work event, such as closing a trail for safety reasons.
